Volleyball Camps/Clinic&Private Lessons

My mission is to increase the skill levels and volleyball IQ of all players.

Benefits of Sand Training

A sand court creates additional resistance for players. The demands of the game forces players to jump and sprint, increasing their heart rate and endurance.  This increases the intensity of the workout, which develops agility and stamina. Over time, sand volleyball players develop excellent endurance and increased muscle strength.  This extra resistance is beneficial to all players whether playing indoor or outdoors.
